西貢海鮮 Seafood lunch in Sai Kung

今天約了朋友到西貢吃午餐
Today I went to Sai Kung for lunch,

西貢海鮮早已遠近馳名,但價錢差別很大
Sai Kung is famous for seafood, but the price can vary.

我們先到街市及船家處買海鮮
We first bought our seafood in wet market and from the fishermen,

再到餐廳讓廚師為我們加工
Then gave it to the restaurant to cook for us.

由於酒家是相熟的,所以收費並不昂貴
Since we knew the boss, so it wasn't too expensive.

酥炸象拔身

薑葱焗蟹

蒸鮑魚

用竹簽叉著吃

糯米飯

象拔蚌刺身

之後去旁邊的糖水店吃楊枝甘露
