「見多識廣」- 002 頂櫳

「頂櫳」，即是「最盡」或「極其量」。如今人人掛在口邊。例如:

「我頂櫳食多兩個麵。」「借兩舊水比你，頂晒櫳喇!」

其實，「頂櫳」和「爆棚」都是來自看戲。「頂櫳」中的「櫳」原為「堂櫳」(讀 "燙櫳" ) 。即用木條做成的橫柵，就像我們現時的鐵閘，晚間作防盜之用的。

以前的戲院，除座位票之外，亦有企位，當人多入場，需要站到緊貼入口處，身體頂著堂櫳門時，這便是「頂櫳」了！

「見多識廣」- 001 爆棚

香港人口中說的廣東話，其實是十分有趣的，可是你對他又知多少呢？在這兒會有個名為「見多識廣」的新標籤，會談談大家會用到的廣府話的來源。有些真的很有趣啊！

今天會談的是「爆棚」，為甚麼會用「爆棚」而不用「爆屋」、「爆頂」呢？話說以前廣東人喜愛粵劇，戲班會到不同地方演戲，他們會用竹撘起臨時戲棚。如果戲目受歡迎，很多人來看，大家也擠到戲棚上時，戲棚的竹便有機會受不住壓力而爆開，所以便叫作「爆棚」了。

下次會談的是「頂櫳」。

最近 T-MOBILE 於巴塞隆拿設置了一個放大版的 ANGRY BIRD
T-Mobile rexently setup a large version of "Angry Bird" in Barcelona.

Pixar: 25 Years of Animation 彼思動畫25年

剛去完了「彼思動畫25年」的展覽，
I've just been to the "Pixar: 25 Years of Animation" exhibition.


才發現原來我已經看了很多很多他們的作品
I discovered I have watched a lot of their works

其中我最喜愛的有兩段
I have two favourite movies


其中一段是「沖天奇兵 UP」中交待老頭子和太太一生的動畫
One is within the movie "UP", the part where Carl and his wife met.

而另一段，則是他們的短片「For the bird」
The other clip is called "For the bird".
