西貢海鮮 Seafood lunch in Sai Kung

今天約了朋友到西貢吃午餐
Today I went to Sai Kung for lunch,

西貢海鮮早已遠近馳名，但價錢差別很大
Sai Kung is famous for seafood, but the price can vary.

我們先到街市及船家處買海鮮
We first bought our seafood in wet market and from the fishermen,

再到餐廳讓廚師為我們加工
Then gave it to the restaurant to cook for us.

由於酒家是相熟的，所以收費並不昂貴
Since we knew the boss, so it wasn't too expensive.

看看這一讓我們吃了甚麼吧。
Let's see what we ate today!

用竹簽叉著吃

之後去旁邊的糖水店吃楊枝甘露

大閘蟹第二回 hairy crab round 2

昨天剛吃過好朋友送的大閘蟹，
I had hairy crab for dinner yesterday.

正在回味的時候，另一班朋友打電話來
After the meal, my other friends called,

說已訂好了大閘蟹，
Said they have just ordered hairy crab.

結果，我一連兩晚也有蟹吃！
Therefore, I had crabs for two consecutive nights.

在 Facebook 內，有位老師要我發表試食報告
In Facebook, a teacher friend asked me to report on the tasting.

我的結論是：今年的蟹的確比較細小，價錢亦較貴，但質素不錯，不會太「水」
My conclusion: this year's crabs are smaller and more expensive in
general. But the quality is good.

下午茶中 tea time

手鈴表演完成了，算是成功吧。我和老師們把學生送回校後，現在在和老師們在下午茶中，你知道我們在哪一間茶餐廳嗎？
The handbells performance has finished. It went quite well. I am now
having tea with teachers. Do you know which restaurant we are in?

吃壽司 Sushi dinner

今天由於要到沙田進行救世軍 80 週年音樂會的採排工作，

Today I need to help with the rehearsal of S.A. 80th Anniversary Music show

所以並不能回校教學，同學們乖嗎?

So I cannot attend the class, did you behave?

工作約於 5:30 完成，之後和一些老師們

Work finished at about 5:30.

到了荃灣的壽司店食壽司。

Then I had sushi dinner with some teachers.

有一段日子沒有吃壽司了，但這店子的食物好像水準下降了

HAven't had sushi for sometime, but I had a feeling that this shop's quality has fallen.

有一件壽司我們放久了，吃起來乾乾的，壽司還是趁早吃的好。

We left one piece of sushi for sometime, and it dried out quite quickly.

所以我有點怕吃迴轉位，

That's why I don't like sitting at the conveyor belt

因為有一些壽司真的在迴轉有上轉了很久很久......

because you don't know how long have the sushi been left there.
